Abstract: |
Li signed a one-year contract with Perry Johnson Consultation Co. Ltd. On June 7 2000. Accoring to the contract, Li should keep his employer’s commercial secrets, otherwise he had to compensate the company’s losses. Besides, Li promised in written form that he had the obligation to keep secrets for the company. He also issued a guarantee using his brother’s name to ensure Li would not do anything to impair the company. In fact, Li already signed another part-time labor contract with another company named Hantai Enterprises Consultation Co. Ltd. During July to August in 2000, Li gave information to Hantai when he was handling business with two clients for Perry Johnson. The two clients signed consultation contract with Hantai at last. Perry Johnson informed Li to rescind the labor contract on September 15, 2000. Li agreed to pay compensation fees to the company. However, the two parties had disputes on the compensation amount and applied for arbitration. |
