Abstract: |
The complaint is of alleged sex discrimination with respect to assessment of income tax, in violation of article 2 of the covenant. An income tax exemption was made to childless women over 45, but not men over 45, for the tax that goes to the benefits assisting parents in the maintenance of their children. |
