Abstract: |
The factory delayed to pay salary to its employees and also did not pay social insurance fee for them. In May 1998, the factory rescinded labor contracts with over ten workers among which were several female workers who were pregnant or just gave birth to their babies or milked their babies. These female workers could not be re-employed nor could they get remedy from the social insurance system, because their employer had not paid the social insurance premiums for them for a long time. They applied for arbitration. |
