| Abstract: |
Aimed at improving China’s foreign-capital lagislation, this article discusses the mode of legislation, the relationship between the foreign-capital legislation and other relevant domestic law, the relationship between the foreign-capital legislation and international treaties. It is emphasized that the transparency is the fundamental principle of GATT. Therefore, China’s foreign-capital legislation must enhance the degree of transparency. |
