| Abstract: |
During the last half of 20th century, the basic principles and systems of administrative laws of western developed counties and many developing countries have and have been changed greatly due to influence of economic globalization. These changes decide the direction of development of each country’s administrative law. In this article, the author discusses the main contents of these changes from following five aspects: the object and scope of administrative law, the subject of administrative power, the principles of administrative law, the objectives and measures of administration, the power control and mechanism of administration. |
