Abstract: |
Wang was an employee of a drawing company. The drawing company was dismissed on August 26, 1999 and the trade company accepted all its debts, credits and employees. The two parties signed a contract. Wang applied to quit on July 31 2000. On August 1, the two parties rescinded the contract and Wang got a sum of money as remedy. On August 2, 2000, Wang applied to keep working for the company. The trade company didn’t deny or accept. From then on, Wang still worked in the company and got paid as usual. Wang wanted the company to sign a new contract with him. |
