Wang signed a five-year labor contract with the Wanhe Industry and Trade Co. Ltd. There’s some terms in the contract that employees should not work in its competitive companies in three years after his/her leave. In July 2001, Wang left the company and worked for a factory competing with Wanhe. Wanhe sued, claiming that Wang should fulfill her obligation and pay compensation. |
