A complaint was received from the Chinese coated art paper manufacturers in 2001, against the product imported from said countries. The injury that the domestic industry suffered was caused by the unusually low price of imports. The preliminary determination reported the investigation proceedings, fact identification, and decision of anti-dumping provisional measure. |
