Abstract: |
A complaint was received from Chinese domestic acrylic ester manufacturers in 1999, against the like product imported from the U.S., Japan and Germany. The injury that the domestic industry suffered was caused by their uncommonly low price of imports. The final determination reported the investigation proceedings, fact identification, and final decision of anti-dumping duties. |
