Abstract: |
Mrs. Vos lost her eligibility for a disability pension after her husband died, as she then became eligible for a widow’s pension. She claims a violation of article 26, in discrimination against her based on her status as a disabled widow. She would have received more money with her disability pension than she does with her widow’s pension. |
