Shuliang Wang

Wang Shuliang has been a Research Assistant at the Institute of Law at Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences in China since 1987   His research interests are in the areas of Globalization and International Law.

He has published a number of papers and articles in journals such as Politics and Law, Shanghai People’s Press and Social Observation.  His paper titled “Issues in the Protection of Minority Shareholders Rights and Interests under China’s Company Law” was published in 2008 the Changing Corporate Governance Practices in China and Japan: Adaptations of Anglo-American Practices book edited by Dr. Masao Nakamura.
