Ni had been worked for the defendant as a temporary worker for 16 years. He worked 12 hours per day and 7 days per week. In 2002, the defendant informed him to rescind the labor relationship. Ni claimed that since he worked for the defendant for over 16 years, he should retire. Ni also wanted the defendant to pay him the overwork salary and other remedy and compensation. |
