Abstract: |
The relationship between trade and human rights can be both mutual promoting and conflicting. At current stage, certain kinds of human rights are considered to have close relationship with trade, including health rights, environmental rights, and labor rights. Separating these three human rights from the other human rights and specifically defining them as the human rights concerning trade is significantly meaningful, which can reduce differences and disputes, and build a theoretical foundation of trade measures in future. The author points out that the best and completed way to resolve contradiction between trade and human rights is to set up multilateral agreements under the WTO framework. |
